马林酸树脂
马林酸树脂又名失水苹果酸树脂，由松香与顺丁烯二酸酐加成反应后并以甘油或季戊四醇酯化而制得的不规则透明片状固体。马林酸树脂溶解于煤焦类、酯类及松节油等溶剂，不溶于醇类溶剂、部份溶于石油类溶剂，与植物油混溶性较好。本品具有色浅、不易泛黄、热稳定性好及附着力强等优点。

应用
本品与植物油热炼聚合应用于酯胶酚醛漆。在热熔胶、胶粘剂、不干胶中加入可改善粘结力，降低成本，因此本品广泛应用于粘合剂工业。
Maleic acid resin is irregular transparent solid that is the vacuum treated product of Esterification by glycerol (or pentaerythritol) and the adduct of rosin and maleic anhydride. Dissolved in cool tar, ester, turpentine oil and similar solvents; undissolved in alcoholic dissolved; partially soluble in petroleum products; mix well with plant oils; light color; resistant to yellowing; heat resistant; good adhesion power.

Application
For production of ester gum and phenolic paints (through polymerization with vegetable oils); improve hardness of paint films, gloss, rubbing property and buildingness for polyesters, nitro and PU paints; as adhesive or binder for thermosol and road marking paints.
